AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS

Automobile accidents are one of the most common causes of traumatic injuries affecting everyday citizens.   If you have recently been involved in a motor vehicle accident, you probably have one or more of the following questions:

-       Which Insurance Company should I contact first?

-       Who has to pay for what?

-       What are my rights?

-       Who pays for my rental car?

-       What type of doctor should I be seeing?

-       Who is responsible for my medical bills?

-       Where can I get my car fixed?

-       If my car can’t be fixed, how much is it worth?

-       What do I do if the other driver has no bodily injury coverage?

-       The other insurance company wants a recorded statement, should I give one?

These are very common questions, and we have the answers.  Though most people are involved in only one or two automobile accidents in their lifetime, I have handled hundreds and hundreds of auto accident claims over the years.  Since 1989, I have been confronted with just about every kind of fact pattern and injury claim imaginable.

Additionally, I have assembled an experienced team of paralegals, investigators, and even a licensed insurance adjuster, to assist our clients with the many issues that arise immediately after a motor vehicle accident and through-out the recovery process.

Though most claims can be resolved without the need for litigation, we are prepared to litigate your claim if  necessary.   Statistically, only a small percentage of those cases that are actively litigated actually go to trial.  If your claims happens to be one of the few that needs to be tried to a jury, we are prepared to devote our time and resources in a mutual effort to see that justice is obtained.

At one point in my career, I represented the insurance industry.   And as a consequence, I have some insight in how these types of claims are investigated and handled from the other side’s perspective.

I know that you and your family are likely facing significant medical concerns, medical bills, lost income and income producing ability, loss of transportation, and complex financial issues stemming from the combined effect of all of these issues.   My team is prepared to devote their education, training and years of experience to assist you with these issues and to pursue those that need to be held accountable for your losses.
